Refunds & Returns

Because Bear + Bug products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at bearandbug24@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
